Our Training Programs

The torque sports performance training programs excel athletes in speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness. Our training curriculum continuously evolves. Our performance and strength coaches attend new seminars allowing them to acquire new certifications and learn the latest techniques to keep them on the cutting edge of the sports performance realm. Unlike most gyms or training facilities that master only one training program for all of their athletes, the torque programs develop and change according to the age, sport, and goals of the athletes. Each athlete harbors different strengths and weaknesses, so we custom design each program to meet the athlete’s needs and goals for performance. Torque is sparq certified and conducts many exercises and tests through their training protocols.

Our Mission

Simply put, our mission is to generate superior performing athletes. Torque perfects the little things that yield the greatest performance gains in our athletes. Our goal is to make performance training affordable and accessible to any athlete who wishes to improve their speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness.

Our Training Philosophy

Torque sports performance believes that athleticism can be worked on, increased, and developed. Of course some athletes are genetically gifted in the areas of speed, agility, power, reaction and quickness. We believe athletes who may not be genetically gifted in these areas can become exceptional in them through hard work and dedication within the torque programs.

Through periodized training programs that focus anatomically on how our bodies are designed to perform, we excel athletes from where they are to where they want to be athletically.

Many athletes fall short of their maximum performance potential because they have never been taught correct form and mechanics when lifting, running or jumping. Just like we don’t have to think twice when asked what 2+2 is, we need to train our kinetic chain to react and memorize the right body movements that will ultimately help us in our sport!
