Week 1- Kettlebell Kaos

Week 2- Cardio (Athletic)
Athletic style cardio training combining intervals of ladders, vertimax's, hurdles & more!
Week 3- Ropes & Core
A kick butt week combining intervals of battling ropes, jump ropes and core work!
Week 4- Cardio (Athletic)
