KIDS BootCamp

NEW Summer Kids BootCamp starting this summer! Have your son or daughter join us this summer for some fun workouts designed to get them moving, interacting with other kids and having a blast!

Goals of Camp:

  • Keep kids healthy and active
  • Teach healthy eating/nutrition habits
  • Positive & fun games and workouts
  • Not for sport-specific training

Details:

  • Ages: 6-11 Years Old
  • 1st Camp: 6/19 – 7/12 (8 sessions)
  • 2nd Camp: 7/17 – 8/9 (8 sessions)
  • Monday’s & Wednesdays 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM
  • 4-week camp
  • $75 per child (50% OFF for sibling) for 1 camp
