5:30am-6:15am: Core/cardio Intervals Workout (Joshua)
6:15am-7:00am: Strength/power Workout (Joshua)
9:15am – 10:00am: Core/Cardio Intervals Workout (Adam)
6:00pm-6:45pm: Core/cardio Intervals Workout (Adam)
