P4L FITNESS GROUP WORKOUT SCHEDULE

*If you happen to miss a scheduled group workout and want to come in on your own, that day’s workout will be posted in the gym for you to accomplish at your convenience.

*All workouts are for any age, gender or fitness level. Each workout will have progressions and regressions to make it more or less challenging per individual.

Mondays:
5:30am – 6:15am: Full Body Strength & Power
6:15am – 7:00am: Full Body Strength & Power
9:15am – 10:00am: Full Body Strength & Power
12:15pm – 1:00pm: Full Body Strength & Power
5:15pm – 6:00pm: Full Body Strength & Power
6:00pm – 6:45pm: Full Body Strength & Power

Tuesdays:
5:30am – 6:15am: HIIT Core & Cardio
6:15am – 7:00am: HIIT Core & Cardio
9:15am – 10:00am: HIIT Core & Cardio
6:00pm – 6:45pm: HIIT Core & Cardio

Wednesdays:
5:30am – 6:15am: Muscle & Mobility
6:15am – 7:00am: Muscle & Mobility
9:15am – 10:00am: Muscle & Mobility
12:15pm – 1:00pm: Muscle & Mobility
6:00pm – 6:45pm: Muscle & Mobility

Thursdays:
5:30am – 6:15am: Full Body Strength & Power
6:15am – 7:00am: Full Body Strength & Power
9:15am – 10:00am: Full Body Strength & Power
6:00pm – 6:45pm: Full Body Strength & Power

Fridays:
5:30am – 6:15am: Endurance Conditioning
6:15am – 7:00am: Endurance Conditioning
9:15am – 10:00am: Endurance Conditioning
12:15pm – 1:00pm: Endurance Conditioning

Saturdays:
8:00am – 9:00am: Hybrid Workout
9:00am – 9:30am: Mobility
