P4L FITNESS GROUP WORKOUT SCHEDULE

*If you happen to miss a scheduled group workout and want to come in on your own, that day’s workout will be posted in the gym for you to accomplish at your convenience.

*All workouts are for any age, gender or fitness level. Each workout will have progressions and regressions to make it more or less challenging per individual.

Mondays:
5:30am – 6:15am: Full Body Strength & Power (AP)
6:15am – 7:00am: Full Body Strength & Power (Tawyna)
9:15am – 10:00am: Full Body Strength & Power (Joshua)
12:35pm – 1:05pm: Lunch Blast Workout (Jamie/Tawnya)
5:15pm – 6:00pm: Full Body Strength & Power (Tawnya)
6:00pm – 6:45pm: Full Body Strength & Power (Adam)

Tuesdays:
5:30am – 6:15am: HIIT Core & Cardio (Joshua)
6:15am – 7:00am: HIIT Core & Cardio (Joshua)
9:15am – 10:00am: HIIT Core & Cardio (Jamie)
6:00pm – 6:45pm: HIIT Core & Cardio (Tawnya)

Wednesdays:
5:30am – 6:15am: Mobility (AP)
6:15am – 7:00am: Mobility (Adam)
9:15am – 10:00am: Mobility (Adam)
12:35pm – 1:05pm: Lunch Blast Workout (Jamie/Tawnya)
6:00pm – 6:45pm: Mobility (Adam)

Thursdays:
5:30am – 6:15am: Full Body Strength & Power (Joshua)
6:15am – 7:00am: Full Body Strength & Power (Joshua)
9:15am – 10:00am: Full Body Strength & Power (Adam)
6:00pm – 6:45pm: Full Body Strength & Power (Joshua)

Fridays:
5:30am – 6:15am: Endurance Conditioning (Joshua)
6:15am – 7:00am: Endurance Conditioning (Tawyna)
9:15am – 10:00am: Endurance Conditioning (Tawyna)

Saturdays:
8:00am – 8:45am: Hybrid Workout (Joshua/Adam)
9:00am – 9:30am: Mobility (Joshua/Adam)
