I played running back, defensive back and in track I ran the 100 yd.,200yd,and relay teams. I love working with athletes and adults to help them reach their personal health/fitness/performance goals!

There is a saying that ‘My fight is within me- it is a struggle to be the best I can be at whatever I do.’ My calling is to get individuals, athletes, teams and anyone else to engage in that fight and embrace the competition of being great. I honestly enjoy seeing good become great; followers become leaders and most of all to see people use their individual gifts and abilities to be all they are meant to be. I look forward to helping you accomplish your health/fitness/performance goals!
